黑猫餐馆创建于1991年4月，是南京首家专业西餐馆。黑猫餐馆装潢得到瑞典建筑专家的指导，把古朴与自然、舒适与典雅有机融合。 国际最具权威的旅游指南－－《孤星旅游指南》于1994年版中首次报导了黑猫餐馆，当时是南京第一家也是唯一获此殊荣的西餐馆。 该指南在以后每版中都特别推荐了黑猫餐馆，称黑猫餐馆的比撒饼是“长江以南最好的比撒饼”。黑猫餐馆聘有法、意、美等国的顾问多名，全部菜肴的制作均经过他们的指点， 并由经验丰富的西厨精心制作。 黑猫餐馆的宗旨：纯正、完美，合理。 Introduction to The Black Cat Cafe： The Black Cat Cafe opened for business in April of 1991 and was the first privately owned restaurant in Nanjing specializing in Western cuisine. The Black Cat Cafe was designed by a Swedish expert. With beautiful fine arts and select western music, the cafe combines tradition and comfort in a peaceful, natural western atmosphere. The Black Cat Cafe was suggested by Lonely planet since 1994. In selecting dishes for its menu, the Black Cat Cafe has been advised by foreign consultants. In addition, there have been numerous suggestions and advice from many satisfied customers. The Black Cat Cafe (heimao canguan), at 1 Ci Bei She down an alley off Han Zhong Lu (a couple of blocks west of Xin Jie Kou ), is popular with foreign students and locals. Pasta, pizza and meat dishes are served here as well. There’s also a basic salad bar and good chocolate cake. The best pizza south of the Yangzi.
